Has hit well, as he moved up the ladder. And, he can field
his position.
He is back in the fold. Really felt bad, thought he would be gobbled up by another team.
Some how, I think he will find his slot here, and have a nice career. At one time Spence and Cedeno were in the fold as well, but i'm not sure if those two are even around still.
Using Nuno as a reliever should be a last resort. They also sent Rondon off to Trenton to be a starter, which remains to be seen if he can even do it. It's been four years since he was a SP. I have little faith in Warren, regardless of his flop in his debut I just don't think he has it in him. He's a MRP at best. I'd rather see Nuno in line for a spot start/injury replacement behind Phelps, with Marshall as #8. I suppose you could bump Nuno up to Phelps' spot in the case of someone going down and David making the rotation. I just don't see the point in Nuno being relegated to one inning. It's not as if he's going to start throwing 95 out of the pen, and he does well against both sides of the plate.jimmytoucanjimmytoucanhttp://gravatar.com/jimmytoucannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2676591017018865408.post-32106223591090989102013-03-29T15:31:26.000-04:002013-03-29T15:31:26.000-04:00Nuno is an ace in the hole for a future date, he w...Nuno is an ace in the hole for a future date, he will be brought up when Rapada or Logan fail.dougnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2676591017018865408.post-43066854954456616312013-03-29T14:45:00.000-04:002013-03-29T14:45:00.000-04:00Sending Nuno north to the Bronx would mean making ...Sending Nuno north to the Bronx would mean making even more room on the 40 man roster, and we all know how much of a stir releasing Adams for 48 hours to clear room caused.jimmytoucannoreply@blogger.com
