BOLDED players receive my vote, capped at ten votes per
ballot.
I can understand why Joe Morgan was so PO'd! Like him, I say screw the 'roid users so it would be a cold day in h3ll before I'd give a vote to Clemens or Bonds.
ReplyDeleteGotta get Billy Wagner in there. Even over Hoffman.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving to all of you that post here !!

Be smart, be safe...while driving. Please.
I would take Edgar Martinez and Hideki Matsui off, and add Andruw Hones and Jeff Kent. Just my opinion, but Martinez was just a DH. If a DH gets in, he would need to put up Ruthian type numbers. I'm talking .300+ average with 500-600 homeruns. Otherwise, it's just the Hall of Very Good. Matsui just didn't play long enough. As far as my selections, Jeff Kent was one of the top offensive second basemen of all time with an NL MVP award, and Andruw Jones combined elite defense,(10 consecutive gold gloves) with elite power. (434 homeruns)
