Andy Pettitte & Ivan Nova Throw Off Mound In Bullpen

Andy Pettitte throws his second bullpen session off of a mound today which included 35 pitches. Andy looked good and more importantly Andy feels good afterwards. He is expected to throw another bullpen session as early as tomorrow as a part of his accelerated rehab program. Early reports say that Ivan Nova was on the mound beside him also throwing a bullpen session off the mound. No word on Ivan Nova's pitch count though or how he looked.   You can "clearly" see Andy throwing in the bullpen with Nova from this picture from Meredith Marakovits. Thanks Meredith ;)
