Brett Gardner Leaves Game In First Inning Tonight

UPDATE: Officially being diagnosed a left oblique strain... ouch

Brett was seen wincing and favoring his left side around his rib cage muscles and oblique after a check swing on a 3-2 pitch. Not a great sign, stay tuned.

Brett Gardner has left tonight's game against the Baltimore Orioles in the first inning for an unknown reason. Gardner led off the game with a strike out but was replaced by Curtis Granderson in center field for the bottom of the first. No news on why the change was made so stay tuned.
