On this day in New York Yankees history the Yankees took on the Detroit Tigers in Grapefruit League play with Michael Pineda making his spring debut. I bring this up because no other Yankees news or history happened on this day.
Also to give everyone an update I submitted our application for media credentials for the Trenton Thunder last night so keep your fingers crossed for us, thank you guys and gals!
