Can't Predict Baseball: Kansas City Protests NYY

On this day in 1999 a group of Kansas City Royals fans, which were frustrated with the economic disparity in Major League Baseball, threw fake dollar bills onto the field in a game against the Yankees. Kansas City fans even turned away from the field each time the Yankees came to bat in the game. They didn't have to do it for long as they all walked out of the game after the fifth inning.
