Mo’Ne Davis is Writing a Book

No seriously, Mo’Ne Davis really is writing a book that will be released in March of 2015. You know things are slow when we’re writing about a 13 year old girl that made her name pitching shutouts in the Little League World Series this past summer. The title of the memoir will be “Mo’Ne Davis: Remember My Name.” HarperCollins Children’s Books will be the publisher for the book and is being aimed at being inspirational and motivational for young boys and girls who love sports.

 “I’m just a girl that likes to play sports and I’m excited to share my story with everyone. I hope it encourages people to take a chance and play the sports they want to play and not just the ones people expect them to play.”
