Game Thread: New York Yankees vs. Washington Nationals 6/9

For the second time this season the New York Yankees and the Washington Nationals are playing in a two game Interleague series with the first series coming in the National League Park and tonight’s coming with the use of the DH position. The Yankees will send Masahiro Tanaka to the mound, Happy Tanaka Day everyone, tonight to face off with Max Scherzer for the Nationals. The game will be played at 7:05 pm ET and can be seen on the YES Network and MLB TV.

The Yankees have one more game in the Bronx before taking a day off to travel to Baltimore for another road trip so that gives you just one more chance to grab a pair of Yankees tickets off the blog.
