Another one bites the dust and another hard pill to swallow for one of the Yankees top prospects Ian Clarkin. It was announced over the weekend that the Yankees left-handed starter and Top 10 prospect Ian Clarkin would miss the remainder of the 2016 season following knee surgery. This was after missing the entire 2015 regular season with what still remains to be a mystery elbow injury.
We're hoping for a quick recovery for you Ian and we'll be back to rooting for you once again in 2017. Here is the stat line that Clarkin finishes his 2016 season with.
