Keeping with the Yankees minor league affiliates that are in the postseason and fighting for a respective championship, like the Triple-A Governors Cup, we check in with a prospect who has to be protected from the Rule 5 Draft this winter or could be lost to any of the other 29 MLB teams in the league. His name is Tyler Webb and he is a left-handed relief pitcher for the Scranton/Wilkes Barre RailRiders.
