George Kontos, David Phelps, DJ Mitchell, and Brandon Laird have all been optioned to AAA Empire State Yankees. All four can still be in Spring Training games apparently so this is nothing more then a paper work move since none of these guys will be big leaguers out of camp this spring.
David Phelps is scheduled to start Thursday against the rival Boston Red Sox.
