Josh Johnson is a guy that I have been clamoring for the Yankees to sign as a high risk but high reward kind of guy but he came off the board today when he signed with the San Diego Padres. Johnson is probably going to flourish at
Yellowstone Petco Park in a huge pitcher friendly park. Johnson signed a one year deal worth $8 million with $1.25 million in incentives if he makes 26 starts. Johnson will likely be on the trade market once again in July if the Padres are not in contention.
