Eduardo Nunez left last nights game with the Orioles after being hit in his right wrist by Orioles start Miguel Gonzalez. He stayed in the game to run the bases but could not throw the baseball in between innings and was replaced defensively. X rays were negative and showed that it was just a contusion, or a really deep bruise, on his throwing wrist. Nunez is listed as day to day but I cannot see a way that he throws a baseball or takes an at bat this weekend. Nunez cannot catch a break, can he?
