Kevin Youkilis is out of the Yankees lineup for the fifth straight game tonight with stiffness in his back. Joe Girardi said that Kevin tried to take some batting practice in the cage and he is just not ready yet. The Yankees will probably keep him out again tomorrow and try to get him back for Saturday's game against Toronto. This is not a disabled list situation, not yet anyway, according to Joe Girardi so we are just going to have to go day by day with this and hope for the best. Lord knows we need Youkilis and that power right handed bat against left handed pitching so I hope he comes back healthy soon.
