Mark Teixeira Plays In Simulated Game

Mark Teixeira tweeted today that he went 1-2 with a double and a walk against his first live pitching since his wrist injury way back in Spring Training. I don't want to get too excited too fast because he is still a long way from the Bronx but this is a huge step in his recovery. Granted it was only a simulated game against minor league pitching but it is what it is at this point and this is progress for Mark and the Yankees.
