This Day In Yankees History 5/20


On this day in 2012 a Babe Ruth 1920 jersey was sold at auction fetching $4,415,658, the largest ever piece of sports memorabilia sold according to auctionreport.com. Reports say that this was worn in his first season as a Yankee after being traded over from the Boston Red Sox.
