David Phelps has been scratched form his schedule start tomorrow after complaining about right forearm stiffness and pain. Phelps admits that he is not feeling 100% and Joe Girardi and company want to take no chances with this guy, especially with elbow soreness and pain in the throwing arm. Phelps will be sent back to the minor league complex in Tampa to get more tests before we see what the next step is.
