Zach is Back!

Zach Britton is extending his stay in Yankee Land!

The Yankees have agreed to a deal, according to ESPN's Jeff Passan. The contract will be for three guaranteed years with a reported opt-out and a fourth-year player option. Britton, who the Yanks acquired from the Orioles Trade Deadline, recorded three saves with a 2.88 ERA in 25 appearances. He will be no doubt one of the Yankees go to players out of one of MLB’s best Bullpens. Zach provides insurance for Closer Aroldis Chapman, and will ensure the Yankees once again have 3 of baseballs best relievers.

  1. Glad he's back...he seemed to enjoy his time in New York, and I think he'll continue to do well here.
