Game Thread: New York Yankees @ Cleveland Indians 8/13

The New York Yankees and the Cleveland Indians will finish off their three game set tonight inside Progressive Field with another great pitching matchup. Frankly, I won’t miss the likes of Jose Ramirez and Michael Brantley because those guys flat out kill the Yankees for whatever reason, but I digress. New York will send Nathan Eovaldi to the mound tonight to face off against Trevor Bauer for Cleveland. The game will be played at 7:10 pm ET and can be seen on the YES Network and MLB TV.

The Yankees head to Toronto for a game tomorrow night and who could blame the team if they weren’t looking ahead just a bit. If the team doesn’t get a win tonight in Cleveland though the team may be looking ahead of Toronto for the rest of the season while the team fights for a Wild Card playoff spot and not a division title.
