Major League Baseball screwed up when figuring up the luxury tax for the Yankees in 2012 and it has been increased from $18.9 mill to 19.3 million. The roughly $400K increase is just a drop in the bucket when your payroll was figured at $223,302,212 but still any news is news at this point in the off season.
