Cody Eppley, not Shawn Kelley or Adam Warren, was sent down to AAA to make room for Phil Hughes on the 25 man roster. Surprising move here because Shawn Kelley threw 43 pitches yesterday and would be unavailable today and Adam Warren was basically only promised the spot until Hughes came back. I guess the Yankees need for innings, no matter how those innings go, at this point was the ultimate decider.
