This Day In New York Yankees History 12/1
On this day in 1954 the New York Yankees and the Baltimore Orioles completed the largest trade in Major League history when they swapped a total of 17 players in one trade. Don Larsen went to the Yankees as the most notable name. Bob Turley also came to the Yankees in the trade. This trade was announced on November 18th and was completed until today after the MLB Draft.
