Mariano Rivera Battling Severe Headaches
The Yankees closer Mariano Rivera has been battling severe headaches for the last few weeks and went for tests on Friday. The headaches have not been affecting his pitching at all because he is still the scoreless frame, bat breaking, strike out machine that he always has been. Mariano went for a CAT scan and had blood work and the doctors diagnosed him with migraine headaches. Mariano Rivera still expects to pitch an inning today so this must, thankfully, not be a big deal.
