You just knew Yankee fans couldn't enjoy a bit of good news for long.
It turns out that Travis Hafner, who has been dealing with a sore shoulder, is going for an MRI and will likely miss a few days. The MRI has been deemed "precautionary", but with Hafner's injury history (which includes shoulder surgery in 2008, and missed time due to that shoulder in 2009 and 2010) I don't feel too confident that he'll avoid missing more than that "few days".
