Yankees ST: New York Yankees @ Tampa Bay Rays 3/12

The New York Yankees and the Tampa Bay Rays will face off this afternoon as a part of their spring training and Grapefruit League schedules. The Yankees haven't had the best time in the win/loss column this season but you know what they say about spring training stats and how meaningless they are in the grand scheme of things. With that in mind the Yankees will send Luis Severino to the mound looking to turn things around while the Rays will counter with Matt Moore.

The game will be played at 1:05 pm ET and can be seen on MLB TV and heard on the radio with John Sterling and Suzyn Waldman on WFAN. Go Yankees!

  1. I am bored again...so how about commenting a bit you guys!
Just stopped work, and decided to see if anyone in the world was up and about. As all my work was done at my friends home, I thought I would watch the game...but alas no Direct-tv here.
So, I took my iPhone/MacBook Pro to his garage set some chairs up (on his table) one of which is only good for firewood, so as to get good sound bouncing off the walls. I must confess, I do this a lot at home when my Boss tells me "You aren't 70 anymore" after working in the yard for a few hours. She sometimes forgets, I never was 70 years old, I quit having birthdays at 65 until my Great-Grandson (and a few other Grand-Kids) sent me birthday cards saying "Happy 75th"...I had not realized I was that old. Now at 78, I do what I can to make them all pay for making me a "Dirty Old Man".
Sorry, I digress! Anyhow As I sit up high enough to worry everyone and listen to my Music (they all have No Taste), you know the good stuff...Jazz from all time greatest of all time; Dave Brubeck, Miles Davis, Coltrane, Oscar Peterson, Gillespie and Gerry Mulligan, I start thinking about the postings of our great leader Daniel.
I have decided, he works way to hard on this site, I mean really hard...in fact so hard he has lost the last two years in the great "Pick the Winner" of each game through the whole season. The big question I have is, Will he get enough rest to make himself the winner this year...if we have one? Not a chance!
