Manny a Yankee ?
I am hearing from a source that it may be announced tomorrow, that Manny Machado will be singing with the Yankees. The deal is for a reported 240 million over 8 years. That is 30 million a year not to shabby. This has not been confirmed by anyone on the Yankees side or Machado’s camp. Stay tuned tomorrow may just be the day we learn the truth.

ReplyDeleteMy source says the pending Sonny Gray trade, to Boston, is holding
up the Machado signing.
And he would immediately become an ace again... for whatever reason.
DeleteIf Sonny can't handle NY Boston won't be any easier lol but Sonny can go
ReplyDeleteIs this the same site that said Gray trade was official a few weeks back. Fake news once again.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the site.

ReplyDeleteMy source says Hal has been seen picking up his latest food stamps as he is unable to pay for such a contract. Guy's I will may be wrong but there is no way Manny signs with the Yanks if there is a higher bidder. Agents don't let their players sign where they want to play, they sign where they get the biggest bang for the buck. He is landing in Philly with Robertson and then we will be outspent on Britton as well. Hal is a freaking Joke of an owner
ReplyDeleteHansel...you're too positive for me.
DeleteVan Morrison had this song...'Bright Side Of The Road.'
Grab a beer, and play the song a few dozen times.
You'll feel better.
Is Manny a Yankee yet, as I think I read an article last week he was signing on a particular day? Good move by the elf to bring back Britton. Still gets to much credit as I don't think this team has really closed the gap on the Roid Sux
DeleteHanzel...Hide your cat. Your words ring threatening, and even
Deleteworse....bullying.
Where was Gray traded to ?
My cat is tucked away in the bowels of my my house and safe...oh wait I only have a dog. Anyway let's examine the elf and what he has done this winter and lets truly see if he is indeed the big gm people think he is. First we need to see what he did with the second ranked farm system before he pissed it away along with getting your clock cleaned by the Roid Sux. I liked a few of his moves. I felt he needed to and still feel he needed to add a bat like Daniel Murphy who is a professional hitter. This team is too reliant on the HR ball and with players that produce the long ball, they tend to produce the letter K as well. The Sux are opportunistic hitters and we play for the Davy Johnson 3 run HR. I am not crazy about the Paxton move as he is an injury waiting to happen on top of the fact you have CC who you signed again and he too is an injury waiting to happen. Then you bring Girlie boy Gardner back and his soft hitting 230 BA. The guy is a 4th OF at best now. I like the Happ move and I like the Britton move. Tulo is ok since its Hal's type of expense which is basically nothing. Harper is the play and the elf sits looking at himself in the mirror saying what a wonderful GM he is. I read an article with the lack of moves the Sux picked up an average of three more wins over the Yanks by basically doing nothing. I keep saying it and will continue to say it. This is a $3.5 Billion dollar business and Hal treats it like he owns the Marlins. It is disgusting and if we get don't win the WS again he should hung by his balls
ReplyDeleteHanzel...did not realize you don't have a cat.
DeleteBe careful whom you critique, or your dog may end up in a can of Alpo.
The team is becoming all RH.
Would Boston place a lineup out there with all LH ? No.
Hard to figure.
Why is everyone picking on Cashmen? He can't spend what he dose't have!
DeleteHal and Lavin have control of the Money!
Is it true, Machado to the Yankees? Playing 3rd base I would think. Andujar to 1st base?
I wish Levine would join Trump's cabinet, as speculated, and leave the team alone. He is my biggest pet peeve with the team.
