Somehow There Are Still Tanaka Haters Out There

As you guys probably know by now I am constantly searching for creative and funny memes to bring you guys and this one is a new one. Could there possibly still be Masahiro Tanaka doubters and haters out there? Surely not.. right?

  1. The 7-inning, 3-run performances are good, but I'm sure they're worth $155 million.

  2. He's six games into his MLB career. Let's hold back for a few more starts at least.

  4. Heck, he didn't have his good stuff to day but, he knows how to pitch, even without his Fastball. That is the good thing about having more than two pitches...if one is not there for a while, use something else.
    Good Show!

  5. Just needs to keep the ball down. He got away with that stuff up in the zone in Japan.

    1. Daniel...
I don't know if it is pitching up in Japan, although I understand, he did do that over there, and got away with it very well I would say! I think it may have a bit to do with the bigger ball. If one puts their fingers on the seams of the ball for a fastball...try it with a softball...you are throwing with your finger tips(+) and thumb. Trying to throw with your fingers is different with the larger ball, if they slip a bit...the ball goes higher than was planed right? Back in the day when I got the ball up in the Zone it was because of my hand...most of the time, some will say it is because ones shoulder leads the arm forcing the ball up.
I guess it is a, pick whichever one fits the case at hand! Because they are both right!

    2. The ball could have a lot to do with it. I just worry if this is going to be an indefinite thing or if this is something he can work through in say half a season to a full season

    3. The guy seems to be a real pitcher, not just a thrower! I don't see why he can't get it under control. Just like the softball, once you get use to it it is a snap...almost! lol
