Curtis Granderson went for an MRI yesterday after leaving yesterdays game with an apparent right hamstring injury. The MRI results are in and they revealed mild tendinitis and nothing serious like tears or strains so that is quite the relief for the team riddled by injuries. Granderson could be available to pitch today but if I know Girardi like I think I do I would not expect to see Grandy until Monday at the earliest. Mike Axisa from River Avenue Blues suggested DH'ing him since we are about to be playing on turf in Tampa and I think that is a great idea.
