Michael Pineda Pleads No Contest To DUI Charges


Michael Pineda has plead no contest to DUI charges that stem back from August of 2012. Pineda will have to serve 50 hours of community service, be on probation for up to a year, attend a DUI school, and pay up to a $500 fine after entering his plea in a Tampa courtroom on Wednesday.

  1. Being a celebrity is not an issue or an excuse of being charge by DUI. They should undergo same process by an ordinary citizen, no special treatment should be given, a fair trial would be imposed. DUI lawyers knows all about the details of DUI cases.
