Three People Become US Citizens Today In Trenton


U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Newark District Director Dr. John Thompson will lead America’s newest citizens in a special naturalization ceremony prior to the Thunder vs. Portland game on Thursday, July 3rd. US Congressman Rush Holt will offer congratulatory remarks.

The ceremony will take place between 6:10pm-6:30pm on the field at ARM & HAMMER Park.  The game is scheduled for 7:05pm with an extended Independence Day fireworks show after the game.

The ten citizenship candidates come from the following countries: Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, Nicaragua, South Korea, and Spain.
