Ivan Nova has been throwing for close to two weeks since Tommy John surgery including 25 soft tosses yesterday at Yankee Stadium. Nova claims that his elbow is tight, which is expected, but that it feels better than expected. It doesn't feel like Nova should be throwing already but this is great news as it gives Nova all winter long to work through this injury.
