And the year of the injury is not over yet as Ivan Nova left last nights game after six innings of work and only 79 pitches due to triceps tightness. Nova already missed about a month due to the same injury this season but has been dealing with this new batch for about a month now as well, including his complete game shut out. The move is considered to be precautionary and there is no reason to believe that Nova will miss his next scheduled start.
