This Day In New York Yankees History 7/7


On this day in 1937 Yankees slugger Lou Gehrig drives in four runs with a home run and a double in the All Star game. President Franklin D Roosevelt was in attendance becoming the first president to ever attend an All Star game when he threw out the first pitch.
