The New York Yankees have two picks in the first 30 picks of the 2015 MLB First Year Players Draft including the #16 overall pick and the #30 overall pick in the compensation round after losing David Robertson to free agency. The Yankees learned that they would have the sixth highest draft pool in this year's draft but the slots were not determined until today.

The Arizona Diamondbacks have the top pick in the draft this season and have a whopping $8,616,900 to spend and/or defer to later rounds while the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim bring up the rear in the first round with the 26th overall pick and a $2,034,500 slot allotment this season.

New York also has the 57th overall pick in the second round and will top $1 million again with a $1,074,400 slot. For the complete list for the Yankees and all teams click HERE to see Baseball America's post.
