Rivalry renewed! The New York Yankees will host the Boston Red Sox for the first time during the 2014 season tonight at Yankee Stadium. The Yankees will send Michael Pineda to the mound for the first time in Yankee Stadium this season and the second time since joining the Yankees in 2012. The Red Sox will send Clay Buchholz to the mound to face off with Pineda. The game will be televised at 7:05 pm ET on the YES Network, MLB Network, MLB TV, and on the radio with WFAN.
